Version 2.3 NEW or Revised for 1.58!!!

- Fixed several bugs that were reported to me

- Wind turbine construction site Storebælt Bridge

- Construction site in a new district in Munich

- Old Munich construction site removed

- BMW plant in Dingolfing removed, along with the associated highway (unfortunately, this had to be done as part of version 1.58)

- Small construction site in Rhodes

- Highway construction site in Barcelona (Tom's first project, as he now takes over Western Europe)

- Le Mans Bugatti Circuit racetrack with a 4.2 km long track, 8 lanes for quarter-mile races, gas station, workshop, garage, and 3 loading and unloading companies

- Construction site in the access tunnel to the racetrack
